Patient Services

DoctorDoctor provides bulk billed in home after hours medical care for unexpected illness and connects patients who do not have a regular GP to daytime General Practice for their ongoing continuity of care.

How It Works

We believe that the best place to receive medical care is through your regular GP. However when they are not available, and for non-emergencies, medical care for urgent matters is available for patients in their home, or residential aged care facility and when appropriate through telehealth consultations.

Suitably qualified and experienced staff will triage calls and relay details to our doctors in the field. Our doctors telephone prior to arrival, treat you in your home and a comprehensive treatment encounter record is then forwarded to your GP
